Recycle the pain
I believe that everything is energy. I believe that the energy that you put out is the energy that you get back. I also believe that this energy earns interest. If you give out good, you get back more good, if you give out bad, you get back more bad. In life we are unable to control other people or situations, we simply can only control ourselves and our reactions to them. I like to think of the gym as a place that we can recycle our emotions into inner strength and self-love. If we are facing challenges in our life that causes us to feel uncomfortable emotions then we can use each and every session in the gym as a metaphor for pushing through these emotional blockages. Not only do you leave the gym feeling energised after your workout but you also leave having more clarity, more self love, inner strength and with a better understanding of how to approach the situation in a healthy and loving manner. By releasing negative emotion such as sadness, fear, anger and rage through training we are able to convert this negative energy into self-love by strengthening our body. We are then able to return to a balanced emotional state having learnt valuable life lessons and having recycled pain into self-love, plus added interest.
